    Thank you. I like this technique ~ weird though it may be. I think Mr. Tabatabi's take on it is right in the wheelhouse of what we do ~ with small minor differences. I think some of those differences are important, conceptually. But the attack is so implausible, there need to be lessons in the technique beyond the prescribed sequence of moves.
    There is no principle of self-defense called bad body mechanics.
