Mark your calendars! Kenpo will be back at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Oh. You can go here for some general information: http://www.arnoldclassic.com/h_martialarts.asp. Registration is open now! Last year the top three finishers in each divisions were awarded medals and had their names published in several prominent places. Make your travel plans early, as hotels in the area usually fill up fast. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Although the details have not been fully worked out, a portion of the proceeds will go to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. So, not only can you come out and have a good time but also contribute to a very worthwhile cause.
Every dollar given buys $8 worth of food. And in this time of the year and in the economic conditions, it can be a real life saver.
