    Default Holy cow!

I'm gone for a month and there's over 3,000 posts?!? Wow.

Baltimore was a blast and vacation was a kick. Here's a clip of the head of our school doing a demonstration at the opening of the USCKF tournament that was held in Baltimore at the end of July.

Excellent. I truly enjoyed it. As I watched, my wife was sitting at the kitchen table asking me why I was laughing so hard. Normally, she doesn't "get" my karate videos, but I told her she just had to see it. She watched it, and also enjoyed it! Thanks for posting.

Mass Attacks are always a crowd pleaser. We usually get a lot of spectators when we run that division. They especially love when it's the women beating up the guys. Why is it that the crowd goes wild when a woman rips out a guys crotch? I don't understand.......
