These are hand made and perfectly balanced. The gentleman is a martial Artist and machinist who does beautiful work.
These are amazing compared to the "other" McWeapon Sai.
I just wanted to show the craftmanship as they are awesome!
The above is just my opinion.

James,
Thank you for sharing those pictures with us...
Your new Sai are amazing!
Might we know what the enscription says?
Those are SO much nice then the "normal" Sai that you see in the supply places... I bet the price-tag is well worth the quality as well!
Enjoy them!

Very nice. I have a pair of black sai that I bought from Asian World of Martial Arts back in about 1982, and never learned to use properly. They are pretty heavy steel, tho. I notice much of what I see nowadays seems pretty petite and light.
It's very cool to get something custom made. You know the craftsman, and you know he did a good job and they are head and shoulders above the stuff that is easily available. I always respect someone who refuses to settle for the junk that is commercially available and instead goes out of their way to track down something of superior quality. Good choice.

Thank you.
Nice looking.
I'd love to get my hands on them so I could try out the balance and the pivots.

Wow, thanks everyone! The only skill I exhibited was purchasing them and telling the guy what to inscribe (it is Professor Chow's name on one, Kara-Ho Kempo on the other)
The gentleman's name is Phillip Worbington he is a high ranking isshin-Ryu practicioner and a master machinist.
This is his site. www.worbingtonsteele.com
He also makes tonfa and manji Sai as well.
Grandmaster Kuoha found him on Ebay and went from there. Master Worbington custom made these Sai based on Grandmaster Kuoha's specs. They are balanced perfectly and feel like no other Sai I have ever handled-
He sends a numbered certificate of authenticity and sites the materials listed (mine says- 304 Stainless Steel)
I did not want this to look like an ad. I do not know him but his work is simply amazing---
Cheers everyone!
