What a generous offer. Well done, sir.
Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that if you are interested in coming out to spar with a great bunch of guys, I have an open-door policy at my school in London, Ontario. We fight Monday and Thursday nights - all continuous. I spar every night as well and would be happy to help you improve your skills.
I believe that it essential to fight outside of your normal circle to learn how to adapt to all shapes, sizes, personalities, and fighting strategies.
If interested just shoot me an email, and I will give you some details.

Hopefully one day I'll be able to make it up there. Had a great time last time we meet. I'm sure there's a lot we can learn from each other, its nice too work with someone that has control when needed. I'll have to make sure I know the rules next time, I talked to Tony Dunne after the tournament by e-mail but I still don't understand what he was talking about. I can kinda understand the axe kick because not many people have control with it but at our level if you don't have that control you shouldn't be the rank that you are. And the foul on the line of travel of my hand strikes I've never heard of that. Maybe it's some new thing, not sure. Anyway we had a great time and a cool vid to critique what did right and wrong. If you come down to Pa sometime you'll have to stop by my school Visitors Always Welcome.

for me it's also a chance to work with different people that you would never have had a chance to work with the good ones and the bad. When you get good one you have a chance to work thing a littles more over exagerated to push your limits of your ability, things that are not as practical thats why it point sparring. To me thou I try to push the limits of the pricilples and concepts of Kenpo. When you get the bad fighters you get to practic barrowed force!!! Would'nt fight the same way in continuous or kick-boxing much more conservitive with the kicking.

It's not too bad of a drive for me to make it up there sometime, I'd be very grateful for the training! Not something I'd make a habit of every week, gas gets expensive, but sounds like it would be a great deal of fun! I really haven't done much continuous sparring which seems to be your specialty, so I know it will be beneficial. Thanks!

Hey Gang,
Anyone living in London, Ontario, that would like to get some good sparring in, this Thursday August 16th, I will be having a continuous sparring class from 6:00-7:30pm at the Berkshire Club. I will be fighting, as will several of my other students.
The cost is $10 for martial artists not belonging to my school. The atmosphere is awesome; martial artists that are very serious about their training but also like to have fun as well.
All ranks allowed - come one, come all.
Last call.....it's going to be a great time!
