    The first article is the Full Throttle Program....
    The second article is the Hammer Down Endurance Program...

    Looks like a good program to me. It's essentialy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) done with a variety of different exercises, but the concept is the same. I've not tried this program in particular, but I'm a huge fan of HIIT and Tabata protocals. To these two good articals I will add these from
