    Default For those of you in your 50's

    What do you do/recommend?

    Myself, I hit the weights 2-3 times a week, along with cardio. Spar/working in with my students on many classes.
    In fact, just teaching itself is a workout. I demonstrate, become the dummy, get thrown, beaten, kicked when I wear my "Fist Gear."

    I will get back to this question tonight after class. I have to take a whole class on this. Wierd.
