    Default breathing/deviated septum..

breathing propperly has never been difficult.. id say 80% of the time i breathe with my lower lungs without thinking... but when im exerting myself like running or sparring its so friggin hard to keep doing it. nearly impossible..

to top it off i have a deviated septum from an accident at the beach a few years back.. stupid huge waves and my friend's knee.. :-\.. haha fun fun so i cant breathe out my left nostril (i can force air thru, but not breathe).. except on rare occasions.. and then i cant breathe out my right.. iv read something about those breathe right strip things helping a DS? i seriously doubt something that looks like a glorified bandaid can open my nasal passages. they worth trying? surgery is out of the question till i can get a job with health care..

It wouldn't hurt to try them.
I believe they work by pulling the nostrils open and increasing airflow.
