Default American Grandmaster: The Life and Death of Mr. Parker

    I received this email today:

Thank you for your query on myspace regarding our doc. on Ed Parker. I am currently in the process of editing four years of interview footage and should have a cut ready for the Action on Film Festival in Pasadena in Late July.

I will keep you posted. I truly appreciate your interest.

    Cheers

Hello everyone-I have gotten queries recently as to when "American Grandmaster: The Life and Death of Mister Parker" will be finished. I am pleased to announce that after 4 years and 70 hours of interview footage, I am currently in post production and should have a cut ready for the Hawaiian Film Festival and the Action on Film Festival (Pasadena-late July). After these two screenings, we will try to have more in various locations. Per rights clearances, we will have DVDs available as soon as possible. I intend to make this movie one of the best martial arts biographies ever produced. It has taken a while, but the subject is deserving of taking the proper time to do it right and considering the median time for a doc. is 7 years, we're actually ahead. Thanks to everyone for their interest
