Default Free ebook on elbow strikes

Hi! I hope I'm not breaking any rules with the following post. If so, please accept my apology and hopefully this'll be deleted before anyone gets offended.

I wanted to let all of you know about a new FREE ebook on elbow strikes by Keith Pascal that you can find at www.advantagemartialarts.com.

To make the Kenpo "connection" to this ebook, I should mention that Keith's teacher is Steve Golden, who studied Kenpo under Ed Parker for seven years and achieved his 2nd degree black belt in Kenpo. Steve also had another martial arts instructor you may have heard of - Bruce Lee. If you'd like to know more about Steve Golden, you can always Google "Steve Golden Kenpo" and find out more information about Steve.

If you do get the free ebook on elbow strikes, I'm sure you'll find out about Keith's other products. I'd like to say that I am not financially involved with Keith's business in any way. While he is a friend of mine, I don't get anything out of anyone buying any of his books (except some good feelings since I know Keith is a good guy and I think his books are really good).

I hope no one minds my mentioning this resource. The ebook really is free and I think most martial artists would gain from reading it.

Okay, I'll bite and go have a look at it. I'll post my comments after having read it.

I thought it had some good information for what it was designed for. It is not by far an exhaustive essay on the use of elbows though.

It highlights one drill to train and better your use of elbows, but there is still alot more out there to it.

I agree! Hey, it's free! I still liked it for a brief ebook.

One more thing - the ebook is not meant to be an exhaustive essay on the use of elbows. As Kip says in the book, it is meant to cover one small aspect of in-fighting. I'm sure if Kip had written an exhaustive essay on elbow strikes then he would have asked us to pay something for it. :-)
