Default Camp Kenpo 2006 (Northern California)

    Hello-

For those in Northern California (or who can get to Northern California) that are interested, there's a new Camp Kenpo this year. This Camp will replace the annual Hayfork, CA Camp- it got too costly to hold it there. The new Camp will be located at the Whiskeytown Environmental Camp which is 10 miles from Redding, CA. It is sponsored by Mr. Scott Halsey (from Redding) and will include seminars by Mr. Richard "Huk" Planas, Mr. Frank Trejo and Weapons Seminars by Mr. Planas' brother Mr. Ed Planas and Mr. Chuck Epperson- an excellent Kenpo instructor out of Chico, CA.

Camp Kenpo 2006 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 16th and 17th. Classes begin at 10AM and the cost for the weekend is $100. This cost, in addition to the seminars, includes matresses in cabins for campers and all meals are provided. Adult supervision will be provided at all times, however, campers under the age of eight are discouraged.

Payment in full (see address below) required by July 7th.

For further information, call Scott Halsey's Kenpo Karate at:
    (530) 246-4003
    1401 Market Street
    Redding, CA 96001

Hope to see some of you there!!

I'm going to check my schedule and see if I can go.

I've only been to Tatum's camps, so it'd be cool to see someone else's for a change.
