    Congratulations to Scott Southwell for taking 1st place in Forms, 1st place in Weapons, and 2nd place in Stick Sparring at the Battle of London tournament today.

    Would love to see some footage, you must have an awesome instructor! Jamie please tell me you got this on tape! Scott, what form did you do? and what weapon?

    Thanks Donna, I did Long 2 and for weapons I did a Sabre form, its seems to be a crowd pleaser. Oh and yes Jamie is an awesome instructor, I am very lucky.

    Congratulations to Scott Southwell for winning the gold medal in sparring and the silver medal in forms at the World Kenpo Karate Championships in Baltimore, MD, this past weekend (Aug 12/06).

    Scott competed in the 37+ brown belt division.

    I agree. He did an excellent job. Jamie also kicked some heiny with his form six. And his other student (I don't know his name) looked terrific with his form as well. You must be doing something right there Jamie to have such great students.

    I was a little surprised at some of the quality of some of the black belts at camp, but pleased to see that yours stood out so well as being dynamic and technically correct. Nice to see. Made me proud to be associated.
