Thanks Sundumguy,
I am indeed going to dowload this book into my still growing Kenpo library. In fact, I collect pretty much every publication on Kenpo - as long as it's affordable for me 😊. (BTW, I am still looking for most manuals and CD-ROMs published by Kevin and Eric Lamkin of the A.K.L.A. If any of you readers have any of those and are ready to share them in whatever form, PLEASE PM me.)
From what I gather from the Amazon review, this book deals with a topic that touches on what I have myself dedicated decades of study to, namely how to use Kenpo techniques in the most effective ways, according to the all the insights of biomechanics, physics, anatomy, psychology, and other disciplines. This book might be right up my alley and even present another part of this jigsaw.
Of course, I can't say anything ultimate about this book without having read it first 😂, but do expect my feedback once I did so.
Best
Michael
