That is a part of simple basics. Good thought though.

There are two others that have to do with basics. Don't think too much into it.

Both of those should be on there LOL, but suprisingly neither is on the list.

The first 3 deal with basics and than things start to get technical.

Ok so nobody else would bite:

    1. Simple basics.
    2. Combinations of basics.
    3. The definitions of basics.
    4. The many types of encounters that can occur.
    5. To be aware of ther methods.
    6. That there are no two situations alike.
    7. How and when to employ specific basics.
    8. Where and when to accentuate power and force.
    9. Flow, continuity, and economy of motion.
    10. About action and reaction.
    11. How to create anticipated reaction.
    12. How to capitalize on reaction:
    a. go with force
    b. use opposing force
    13. Use of rythmic changes.
    14. Why one should employ back-up moves.
    15. How to eliminate panic through the use of back-up moves.
    16. Checking; how, where, when, and what to check.
    17. How to adjust to height, width, and depth.
    18. How to adjust to size, weight, and reach.
    19. Principles, and how they can be tailored to each individual--balance, body alignment, accuracy, body momentum, back-up-mass, gravitational marriage, focus, penetration, power, to name a few.
    20. The use variables within the formulation process.
