Default Recommended Threads for Technical Studies

Hi, everyone! I have been browsing this forum for years in the shadows. Throughout this time I am always finding gems of information buried by the years. Would some of the veteran KT members mind sharing some of the most enlightening or interesting threads from the EPAK section? Thanks!

    -David

Search "Dr. Dave in da house" for some VERY good threads that will be applicable to whatever organization/lineage you belong to.

Searching "Doc" for Dr. Chapel is also very good about the history of many things and a lot of what SGM Parker intended things to be or methods for pointing students in the right direction. Also, VERY good for the specific biomechanics that you should have in your technique.
