How many heel-palm claws do you have in there? That is one my favorite extensions....second to Thundering Hammers
Looks great and cool with all of those claws!

I tend to add a lot of claws in there too. I'm not sure how many it's 'supposed' to have, but really, can you have TOO MANY claws? Looks pretty good. The lighting was a little funky, but such is the nature of home movies.
lol.

It's not all about the hands. Of course I haven't posted myself for the basis of comparison. You seem off balance and reaching.

But, really good flow I should have added!

Looks pretty good ... on the fast versions looks like you opened your hand on the first "raking" mace in which all 4 knuckles should strike as you move in that circle. I did see it on the first "demo" speed however. Maybe I am getting old and just missed it
No doubt you are fast ... love to workout with you sometime.
We also insert a left handsword after the uppercut and before the right hand rakes.

Hey Martin,
Thanks for your astute observation! You are right. I was not aware of the above! Hmmmm back to the drawing board!
I live in Stone Mountain, Ga. It would be cool to work out together! Let us make it happen! I know my limited student base would get a kick out of it! There are not alot of Amerian Kenpo schools in this area.
Best Regards,
Jail House Carl
