How many heel-palm claws do you have in there? That is one my favorite extensions....second to Thundering Hammers

I tend to add a lot of claws in there too. I'm not sure how many it's 'supposed' to have, but really, can you have TOO MANY claws? Looks pretty good. The lighting was a little funky, but such is the nature of home movies.

only thing i can think if is maybe when he's moving back and doing the claws?. is that a switch or something? i dont know the extension

You're correct; I apologize for that.
Maybe "posture" is the word I'm looking for? Again, I'm not one to judge since I've never posted video of myself.

Posture. Yeah I can get with that. I saw a few spots where there appeared to be leaning as well...but sometimes leaning into a blow can be a good thing....sometimes it's necessary too...I know, I know...blasphemy.

Looks pretty good ... on the fast versions looks like you opened your hand on the first "raking" mace in which all 4 knuckles should strike as you move in that circle. I did see it on the first "demo" speed however. Maybe I am getting old and just missed it

We also insert a left handsword after the uppercut and before the right hand rakes.

I live in Stone Mountain, Ga. It would be cool to work out together! Let us make it happen! I know my limited student base would get a kick out of it! There are not alot of Amerian Kenpo schools in this area.
