    That looked interesting. Wish the camera had been able to catch what was going on at the end of the technique.

    yeah I know what ya mean. It is hard to find a good camera women!! My wife got busy with our little boy and I had to defend for myself! However, the next clip will be better!

    Try the knee in the back of the leg muscle, it works miracles!

    Hmm...what ever do you mean? A check is a strike and a strike can be a check....thus, depending on how you look at it, this technique has a lot of strikes, and or has checks and strikes, or just checks and no strikes, or just plain strikes or ?????
