    Default 1st Degree Brown Techniques

    Hey Folks,

Here's a 4.5 year old video from when I was learning 1st degree brown techniques. I happened to bump across it when I was moving my video archives around last night.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWXeSH5lQtc

Anyone have some old stuff they want to share?

    -Trevor

I'm going to see what else I have out there, I started to learn the escrima around the same time... so I might have some of the fun vids I taped around that time.

Umm ... I might have green taped as well, it was around there when I first got my hands on a camcorder...

So, how are you liking Panther/Bookset and Long 3? Any favorite techniques?

Panther/Bookset is Tracy style of kenpo and long three is everybody's style of kenpo. lol.

Good Job Trevor. I wish you'd had a partner when you recorded those. That would've been fun.

You move with good intensity and agility.

I am assuming these are Tracy Kenpo techniques? They seem very short for 1st Degree Brown Belt?

Could you put some of these back on youtube with a partner?

    All in all, good job.

    NP...

It was a dry run I did long ago right after I learned the techniques, I can easily put one up with an opponent... I need a week or two to do it though where I need bodies to help.

    Cheers,
    Trevor
