1st Degree Brown Techniques
Hey Folks,
Here's a 4.5 year old video from when I was learning 1st degree brown techniques. I happened to bump across it when I was moving my video archives around last night.

I'm studying Ed Parker's so I'm not sure what those are? What style do you train in?

Panther/Bookset is Tracy style of kenpo and long three is everybody's style of kenpo. lol.
Good Job Trevor. I wish you'd had a partner when you recorded those. That would've been fun.

It's a given that when we talke about the general population, normal people, the masses, etc. that you are not part of that equation....well....perhaps most everyone's.

I am assuming these are Tracy Kenpo techniques? They seem very short for 1st Degree Brown Belt?
Could you put some of these back on youtube with a partner?

It was a dry run I did long ago right after I learned the techniques, I can easily put one up with an opponent... I need a week or two to do it though where I need bodies to help.
