The clip of 'getting up' was too cool.

I suspect though, that I have a TON of work ahead of me in the ground fighting area because if I went up against that right now, I would be down and pinned in about 5 seconds flat.

But, it gives me some good stuff to shoot for.

I hear you, they are really going at it. If you watched the one of his school technique line,,,where does he get all these big guys from to train at his school,,,and that woman, she holds her just fine!

You'd do better than you think as long as you remember that a lot of the principles used in "stand up" are also applicable on the ground.

i always liked jeff speakman's films and i had the pleasure of training with him in Denmark a few years ago where he put on a good training session and camp. i was also able to hang out with him and have a good time, all in all i have only had positive experiences with him. i think the perfect weapon will be one of the classic chop socky films or is it allready?

i always liked jeff speakman's films and i had the pleasure of training with him in Denmark a few years ago where he put on a good training session and camp. i was also able to hang out with him and have a good time, all in all i have only had positive experiences with him. i think the perfect weapon will be one of the classic chop socky films or is it allready?

As far as I'm concerned it is one of the classics...and I'd have to say the best of all of his movies.
