On October 8th I participated at a anual all style-tournament in Holland! I performed Form 6! It was the first time ever I did this one on a tournament! I know I screwed up a little on the left side of ESCAPE FROM THE STORM, but overall I think it isn't that bad at all! But, I always like to hear comments on my form and to get some feedback and advice since I always want to improve my form! I also posted this one on Kenponet recently and I got some pretty good feed-back which gave me a lot of stuff to practice!
Now what do you think about it?

“It is not the aim of Kenpo to merely produce a skillful as well as powerful practitioner, but to create a well integrated student respectful of all.”

Kenpo is all about basics, which include stances. Your upper body was fine but your stances need a little work. Just get a little deeper with your twist and close kneels and such. Your neutral bow was good. Other than that looks good to me. I think each of us have our own variation of this form.
