    Default Long Form 5, 1 & 3

Here's a clip of form 5 that I was messing around with at camp. Not my best effort -- my leg is hugely swollen and was the whole time at camp, so be kind about my stances. They're a little high. I also put on a clip of long one and long three. I couldn't get the program to separate them into two files, so they are in one. (You guys are gonna get really tired of seeing my clips before long, but I just can't help but play with this technology.)

My girl is smoking! Damn that floor though. If you can do forms on that floor... you have "mad" skills!

Wow! Those moves are really crisp. Outstanding!

I watched the 5 quite a few times. It's good and I like it. The form was strong and nice to watch. I did enjoy it.

The only thing I would add to make it better for you would be...
annunciate a few more of your moves and it'll be that much better.

You're right. As I said, not my best work. When I don't have cellulitis in my leg (it was 7 lbs. heavier that weekend), I'll do it again.

    I could definitely be crisper.

    Constructive comment noted and appreciated.

Good job! I've got to get whatever kind of camera you use.

I think you should have deviated a bit and gone after that guy that walked thru your filming of Long 1......that would have been cool!!

It all looks good to me!!
