    Default Dawn - short3

A clip of Dawn doing Short Form 3. Dawn studies in Texas under Jim Dryburgh. Jim is a student of Rick Folwer who is in the Huk Planas line.

She's in the process of going through all of her forms and examining her stances, weapon formation, etc. Video is fast becoming a great tool for self analyzation.

Very good, I love the fact that you breath. Too many people rush this form and forget to breath. Great Job.

It's interesting to see the different versions of the same kata. It looks similar in most areas, but there are a few different things. Crossing talon is different, for one.

    Thanks for posting it!

I also love to use video to train especially if you don't have someone to work with on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see this video. Is anyone else having problems?
