    Default Long 2, short & long 3, long 4

I went to the school today and did a couple of quick recordings of a couple of katas at Camey's request.

This one doesn't have the cool music and quality recording, but they are at least current. The other one was from the beginning of Sept.

We did a few techniques too and I'll post those later.

It's weird to watch video because I notice things I had no idea I was doing and then the question becomes, 'am I doing this because the camera is on me or do I do this all the time?' Ugh. It's good to keep track of progress though.

They look really great Amy. Super crisp and precise. I'm of course really proud.

    Hey Amy,

Enjoyed watching your clips, thanks for sharing,

Just a quick question I noticed your breathing in all your forms, is that something that you do , or was that something taught to you ?

    Cheers

    Hi.

Thanks. I think I was taught that, but I don't honestly remember. If I were really on top of things, I'd be doing appropriate keiais during it, but breathing is something I usually do. It's easier to get through the kata when I remember to breathe and it tends to increase the intensity of my katas.

Do most of you do breathing when you do katas? Do you kei? Or is it a quiet affair?

Celtic Crippler will have to wear a bandana, a hat or put vaseline on his head to cut back the glare when he does his clips. Just kidding.

I wish I could post something but all of my stuff is at home about 4 hours away.

Anybody have any techniques they would like to show?

There are so many techniques, forms, sets, and basics, where to begin.
