    Default Sai Form

This is the sai form Mr. Broad and I have been working on. I plan on using it in a tournament later this year. It's a bigger file so as soon as Mr. Hubbard can he is going to post it. Let me know what you think.

Nice moves! I like quick time because I can really slow it down and analyze the movements. I've watched it back and forth etc....nice form! Good kicks too! Nice execution.

Looks good. Those are the last weapon I have learned how to use. It took me a couple of weeks to get those things to flip out correctly and efficiently.

I am pretty lucky as an instructor, Casey is real easy to teach, and retains the everything I teach him. He also has a natural ability which makes things much easier.

Great job Casey. I've never used those before, but you moved them very smoothly.

Nice work. You are pretty well coordinated to be able to handle them like that. I'd cut myself to pieces.

Official spokesperson of the Peanut Gallery here. Just stopped by to say that you look awesome in that Casey. Very fluid and great control. Can't wait to it at Sarnia.
