    Default More Kata Clips

    Here are a couple more.

I don't remember which ones these are. I was only able to convert about half of the katas I have on the DVD. Maybe later I'll do the rest.

These are the last two. I think they're of forms 5 & 6.

I realized after I did this that for the first move in form six, I should be stepping to more like 7 o'clock, rather than straight back to six.

There are probably other things as well that aren't right, but I'm going to work on them at camp.

They all look good, and I like the musical choices as well.

    Thanks.

My brother did a really great job on it. It looks better in its complete form on the DVD -- there's an intro and pictures at the end. Of course, after seeing it, I immediately wanted to re-shoot it since I KNOW I do it better than what it looks like.

The film is an illusion. What's in my head is real....right?

Download them by right clicking, and play them. You will need a newer version of quicktime.

Very nice. Long four for me was the hardest form to learn. BUt they only get easier after that. Long 6 is a lot of fun.

Long 5 is an excellent tournament form. Isn't long 6 a lot of fun? It is also known as the flowering form.

Okay, I'm a little slow. I just went and looked at the clips I put up, assuming that the whole darn kata was on there and much to my embarrassment, neither 4, 5 nor 6 are complete.

This is okay though because I'm going to re-shoot them (more low-tech this time) and post those and hopefully they will look better.

It has been 5 months since I did them and I'm certain I'm less horrible now.

There's nothing like watching yourself, especially something old, so you can properly beat yourself up.

    Ugh.
