Reversing Circles (Front- Left Round Kick / Left Punch Combination)
1. An attacker at 12 o'clock comes at you with a left round kick.

2. From a right neutral bow, execute a universal block (right as a downward, left as an inward block).

3. As your attacker lands, they throw a left punch at your head.

4. Pivot into a right forward bow as you execute a right upward underneath and to the inside of your attacker's left arm. Simultaneous with this move, execute a left palm strike (fingers pointing to 3 o'clock) to your attacker's left ribs.

5. Pivot back into a right neutral bow as you reverse the motion of your left hand and convert it into a left upward block. Simultaneously execute a right palm strike to your attacker's right ribs. As you finish with this strike, convert it into a left grab of your attacker's left wrist.

6. Execute a right front crossover to 7:30 as you jerk your attacker's left arm diagonally down and past your left hip. As you settle into the twist stance, execute a right forearm strike to your attacker's left elbow while pulling up with your left hand.

7. While maintaining the grab, execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your attacker's right thigh simultaneous with a right outward backfist to your attacker's temple.

8. Plant your right foot back to its point of origin as your right hand contours down your attacker's left arm to assist your left hand. (Place it so your right thumb is on the back of your attacker's hand with your right fingers on the inside of their palm; your left thumb should be on the back of your attacker's left hand as well.

9. Step your left foot to 7:30 into a transitional right neutral bow. Instantly step your right foot to 7:30 into a left neutral bow as you twist your attacker's left wrist clockwise using your right hip as a brace.

10. Execute a left downward looping round kick to your attacker's solar plexus.

11. Clear your attacker's left arm with your left foot while executing a left crossover. Cross out.
