Retreating Pendulum (Front- Right Rear Kick)
1. An attacker at 12 o'clock comes at you with a right rear kick.

2. From a right neutral bow facing 12 o'clock, step your right foot back to 6 o'clock into a rear crossover as you execute a right downward block to your attacker's right leg. [Your left hand should check next to your right shoulder.

3. Execute a right knife-edge kick to your attacker's left inner knee.

4. Land in a right neutral bow towards 12 o'clock into a right neutral bow as you utilize marriage of gravity and execute a right inward overhead hammerfist to the right side of your attacker's neck.

5. Pivot into a right reverse bow as you execute a right back scoop kick to your attacker's groin.

6. Plant back in that right reverse bow between your attacker's legs as you use the right reverse bow to buckle the inside of your attacker's right leg.

7. Cross out towards 7:30.
