So what martial arts goodies do you want or Christmas?
Quality outweighs quantity every time.
A few books on my reading list.
More Shugyo!
Let's see, since Mr. Broad is playing Santa this year...I'll have a set of muay thai kicking pads, a coach's belly pad, two sets of 8oz. fingerless MMA gloves, two extra 15 round mags for my Sig. P226, the Jeff Speakman reference video for my new belt level, another book by Lee Wedlake, enough time and money to pay for some private lessons, money to pay for the entry fee to a grappling tourney that's going on next month, a second uniform,....ah, this could go on for hours. You get the point.
What my wife did get me was a copy of A Perfect Weapon. It sure would be nice if that were on DVD but, I've got one at last. My wife is no good at keeping secrets. Especially with my whiles and interrogation techniques....![]()

Santa is bringing me a new silk Tokaido black belt and a wooden case to retire my original one. I hope it lasts me as long as my last one (20 years).

Well if dreams were to come true, I'd receive:
the complete Infinite Insights series,
a new white uniform,
and some fresh size 13 Ringstars!
But in reality, I'll probably just get some money to help pay my next 6 months of training.

First off, on the few pennies I make I can't afford to be buying anyone other than immediate family any gifts. And NO! I am not adopting any of you.
I would love a new Oar, and new Otomix shoes. But I'll settle for the new subscription of Black Belt Magazine.
Quality outweighs quantity every time.
I put the "Infinite Insights" books on my list.
I also wouldn't mind a banana bag 100lb.
It doesn't matter though, I think I'm on the naughty list, so I just hope whatever is in my stocking doesn't stink and leave a stain.

My duffle bag took a few rounds one day and put a hole right thru the center of the book. Its kinda of neat, some words are missing which allows me to expand beyond the written words and pics. It also allows me to examine the black dot focus from a different perspective. The cover of book 4 ( the crest is different) from the rest of the series. One is outside looking in and one is inside looking out. When you look through the bullet hole one understands that the journey is infinite.

Now that is depth of understanding! Me? I'd have kicked over the duffel bag, thrown out the book and cursed the gods for allowing that to happen. Mr. Marshall looks through the hole and gains a new insight into the meaning of the universe. I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!

Martial arts goodies? I need a soft sai case but nobody knows that...(guess I won't get it) LOL
My list is more leisurely than Martial:
Framed picture of Ruffian from the Acorn Stakes-
Books- (Poker/ Bobby Fischer/ Mas Oyama)-
Bottle of Smooth Tequila-
House M.D. Season 3/ Magnum P.I. Season 3
The above is just my opinion.
