I watch it all the time, LOL.

Some primal thing about it that appeals to me.

    It makes me hungry.

I got the first season boxed set, will probably be ordering 2nd season soon.

I never knew just what it took to fish for crab. These guys really are a tough breed.

There was a similar short lived series, "Lobstermen" that only lasted 1 season. Not quite as exciting though.

Seeing the danger these guys face every day, I don't begrudge the price they charge for crab legs.

Lobsterman sounds to much like a comic book villian ... Now the deadly lobsterman of the north east may have had better ratings

I've watched a couple of episodes...
To me, the CAMERAMEN are even more nuts than the fisherman...
They had a behind the scenes on the show the other day, and I managed to catch it....jeez, talk about nutcases!
T.D.C. isn't my favorite, though...that's reserved for Dirty Jobs or Mythbusters...I like Man Vs. Wild, as well...

Those are my "regular" shows too and I also saw the behind the scenes with the film crew ... WOW!

They do that without the $20k paycheck the fishermen are getting.

A good series. I dn't think most people know the hardships these Crab fisherman go through to bring Crab to your table.
