    Default Movie quote time!

Just wanted to start a fun thread...

Sort of like Rob's music lyric post- One person adds a movie quote and the person who can name the movie makes the next quote.

    Have fun! I'll go first:

" What we have here, is a failure to communicate"
The above is just my opinion.

    Try harder.

Here's one: "Do you want me to send you back to where you were? Unemployed in Greenland!"

Close Bill! Right actor, wrong movie.

    How about this one:
"You gonna do somethin'? Or are you just gonna stand there and bleed?"

FULL METAL JACKET! (click on the link to hear that scene. CAUTION: ADULT CONTENT)

God to I love R. Lee Ermey! I met the man once... and have a picture of him choking me out somewhere. One heck of a nice guy in person!

    "This is from Matilda."

Very good! One of my FAVORITE movies by the way... along with The Long Kiss Goodnight...

Your quote can actually be two flicks...

Angels with dirty faces is the original...

Then the line was used in the first Home Alone movie...

Yeah, I know... I've watched W-A-Y too many movies in the past 40-years!

    Iron Monkey.

    How about:

"That's pretty bold talk for a one eyed fat man!" followed by
"Fill your hands you son of a ...!"

True Grit with "The Duke"... John Wayne...

(click the link to hear the scene)

That's one of the best scenes too...

    Hmm...

How about this one... it's probably too easy though...

"God willin'... and the river don't rise."
