    Default Jogging

    I've just started jogging after many,many years of not, does anyone have a routine that they could post or any ideas on how I can benifit the most from jogging. I don't enjoy jogging but I feel great afterwards.

    Routines very from how you feel physically being able to do them i suggest start out slow maybe 15 minutes a day build your body up to that then improve 20 or 30 minutes. take a day or two to rest cuz i run alot and i even need to rest. you can swictch from joggin in the evening to the early morning aswell . just depends on what your doing it for im more serious about it so i jog when i feel i can run 30 minutes or whatever gotta listen to your body. Eventually you will be used to physical activity thats the goal .

    Actually if you're looking to build stamina...and since Kenpo realies on explosive power.. I would suggest hill sprints. Find a good hill to sprint up or a stadium where you can sprint up the steps but not continuously. If you use steps break it down into sets. Oh...and wear a decent knee and possibly ankle supports too whether jogging or sprinting (your joints will last longer...trust me on this! )
