The IKKA, Internation Kenpo Karate Association, was the organization started by Ed Parker Senior to propagate his art of American Kenpo Karate. The IKKA was at one time the largets Kenpo Karate organization on the planet.

I believe they (the Parker family) tried to revive it a couple of years ago, from the outside it appears the attempt went kerblooie (thats a technical term) and that was the last anyone heard of it.

Ed Parker Jr. posted on this topic on KenpoNet and maybe it was on MartialTalk as well.

Mr. Kongaika is the current owner of the IKKA name and symbols as far as I was told a few years ago when asking the same question.

I'd also like to know the answer. Is the IKKA just Mr. K's school?
