    you Tube and google video should provide you with enough to choke a horse. Some of it might be pretty horrible, but that is part of the fun, isn't it??

    (this is true of any form or kata LOL type its name into youtube and enjoy)

    Well shaolinmonkmark...it sounds like you sparked a spirited discussion regarding EPAK forms. Rob Broad has an excellent posting of forms on this site and both Amy Long and Joshua Ryer have superb vids on their respective websites and/or YouTube, as they are both accomplished forms martial artists in their own right. There are probably more available if you search around.
