The information is now up on the Arnold Sport Festival page and can be found here: http://www.arnoldmartialarts.com/workshops/ (one of the links is dead now, but that should be fixed soon).

If you attend the Friday night seminar with Doc, you can attend a seminar with him on Sunday too. I'll post the details as they are finalized.

If you plan to attend both seminars, you can also plan attend the tournament on Saturday, which will include a Kenpo division. You can also stay at the hotel where all the martial artist will be staying. It makes for a fun time hanging out in the lobby or eating the buffet breakfast. Hotel information can be found here: http://www.arnoldmartialarts.com/hotels/

Good times at both the Friday night and Sunday seminars. Friday night we expanded from the same basic drill various defenses versus a variety of attacks (punches, elbows and grabs). For only an hour, there was a lot of depth added and explored to what on a video would look like a simple hand drill.

Sunday was a 4 to 5 hour session revisiting the basic movements introduced on Friday and then using these drills to develop “dictionary” techniques and to open opportunities to perform "encyclopedic" techniques. Not to mention the typically mind bending "secrets" of structural integrity (focusing on how to achieve it and how to destroy the attackers), Golgi organ manipulation and the dastardly “Ginger Snaps” technique. (You had to be there). Also, it’s not a seminar until I get TKO’d by a couple of nerve cavity strikes as a demonstration. To feel is to believe. I’m looking forward to the next time and I hope to see more people attend.
