Default Kenpo In The Carolinas III

Back for a 3rd straight year after 2 very successful seminars is KITC III!!
    Registration packet coming soon: http://www.trianglekenpo.com/tkievents.htm

    WOO-HOOO!

    When? April 19th, 2008

Where? Triangle Kenpo Institute in Raleigh, NC

    Who?
    One excellent line up.....

Grandmaster Vic LeRoux (co-founder of the IKCA, always a treat to train with)

Master Robert Temple (Chief Training Instructor of the BKF!...get ready to learn how to fight.)

Mr. Larry Lauer (Senior IKCA instructor...after training with him last year the word 'Mac-Truck' comes to mind...great teacher on how to generate power!)

Mr. Dan Maher (IKCA black belt and grappling genius..this veteran cage-fighter will have you tied up like a pretzel and cryin' to mommy!...I should know...lol)

Mr. Bill Parsons (our very own Mr. Bill....Oh No!!!!! ... will have some joint manipulations of his own to show us I am sure....if Dan don't make you cry then Bill will.)

The last two KITC were a blast! The comradery and instruction are superior and a good time is all but garaunteed. It would be great to meet some of you if you can make it. You don't have to be in the IKCA or BKF to attend.

    So you there!

I SWEAR....I am going to make this one. If it hadn't been for my stupid car wreck then I would have been able to make last year's but I'm TOTALLY determined to get there this time.

ROFL. I too hope to finally meet you this year! And Martin is correct, when you arrive at the hotel lobby just look for the big bald guy flying through the air and screaming like a little girl and you will find us both.

Looking forward to finally meeting you all, too! Although I'm going to cheat and try to meet Bill on an earlier trip down yonder.

Really? I have a ton of relatives in Raleigh too. My dad was from there and I also have a cousin there on my mom's side. At any rate, if you get into town early enough on Friday don't hesitate to look us up. It would be cool if you could hang with us for dinner and a drink or two. I can talk about Kenpo all day....just ask Martin. LOL

    How "tiny" is "tiny"?

Default Re: Kenpo In The Carolinas III Update

Due to unforseen circumstances Mr. Larry Lauer will be unable to attend Kenpo in the Carolinas 2008. His instruction will be sorely missed.

I have invited Mr. Martin Seck to step in and teach in Mr. Lauer's absence, and he has agreed. Mr. Seck is a 5th Degree in American Kenpo and will be teaching "Protecting a Third Person". I want to personally thank Mr. Seck for helping us out on such short notice, and we're certainly looking forward to his contribution.

I'm looking forward to seeing everybody in Raleigh on April 19th! Go to www.trianglekenpo.com/tkievents.htm for more info.

A class with Larry is always a treat. I learned a great deal from him last year and hope that it's nothing too serious keeping him from the seminar.

I've also learned a great deal from Martin in the past and always look forward to oppotunities to train with him when possible. I'd have to say Martin is an excellent choice to teach a segment in Larry's absence.

CAN'T WAIT! ONLY A FEW MORE WEEKS!
