I just got off the phone today with Al Tracy.

He wants me to do two different "sessions" there.

1. So I'm doing one on "Secrets of Invisible Strikes".

Covered in this will be "speed hitting", some "dim mak" and much on Zero Perception.

2. And the second one is on "The Bodies 8 Different Energies and How To use them to augment your martial arts and your health".

We will go over how to have your bodies energy fields complement your Kenpo Karate. How to unzip someone's energy field. How to use your energies to increase your speed and coordination.
