There's a number of kenpo divisions at the USCKF tournament held at the Hunt Valley Marriot at the end of July. Are you around then?

Depends on how much it costs LOL. Do you have any information. Hunt Valley is only like 15-20 min away from home.

How many kenpo guys do you usually see at this tournament? I didn't see any Kenpo divisions.

The kenpo divisions are held on Sunday. Last year, our school had 70 competitors at the tournament for the weekend. There were also competitors from 3 or 4 other kenpo schools. For the most part, this is a CMA tournament. Even though we're a chinese kenpo school, we've taken the Grand Championship six years in a row.

The divisions are kenpo open hand form, kenpo weapon form, self defense techniques and mass attacks. We were actually able to do the mass attacks on the Lei Tei in the main ballroom last year. Definitely a crowd pleaser. On Saturday is point fighting, all styles, not to mention the full contact Lei Tei fights.

Hey guys and gals, the more the marrier...

This is an awesome tournament! Over the last couple of years, I've completed in several dozen tournaments, and none were organized as well as this one. There's great competitive spirit and sportsmanship, and great competition from all over the country and international. Last year's USCKF tournament in Baltimore saw I believe over 20 countries represented.

Give it a shot... There are plenty of kenpo divisions.

The Bok-Fu-Do team will be there.
