I am blessed with two exceptionally talented 3rd BB's who compliment each other's opposing styles very well. Truitt Wieland and Daren Chylisnski.

I also like that they strap on glove on sparring night and fight with us big boys.

My original Kempo instructor signed my shodan and sandan certificates as shichidan(7th), though he was actually an 8th at the time. He's now a 10th (57 years old) and head of that system. He also holds rank in several other styles and systems.
My Aikdio instructor is now deceased and I believe he was a Sandan in Aikido, as well as Godan (I think) in a hrad-style of Karate.
My current Kenpo instructor is a 6th.

    Interesting..
I have been with my instructor for 16 years, he is currently a 7th.
But I make it a point to learn at least one thing whenever I am working on kenpo with anyone....which now days is usually a colored belt under Black..sometimes its extremely hard to find something, but I have not yet failed to do so.

    Brilliant.

To quote the emminent K.K. Kau'manua, "I bathe once a month, whether I need to or not." This quote has also been attributed to the Queen Mum, but since Kenpo has some Hawaiian roots NOT affiliated with it's status as the Sandwich Islands...

I have lots of teachers, unfortunately I don't get to see them as often as I'd like.

Doc Senior Master Professor SL4 Kenpo

Shihan Everett Rodriguez 10th Yasashii Do Martial Arts

In an effort to revive the Kara-Ho section; I thought I'd answer too. My instructor is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Kara-Ho Kempo, with myself being his first and only full-time student.

I knew from the beginning that he was incredibly skilled, but I didn't realize until recently how few upper-level practitioners there really are in our system. I got extremely lucky that he answered my emails and allowed me to come train at his home.
