    Default TRA-CO? (Tom Connors)?

Any practitioners from this lineage? I currently study both the Brint Barry (primary system) and TRA-CO (secondary) forms of kenpo - both of course from EPAK. I have heard a few negatives on Tom Connors, but don't really have many of the facts, nor do I know much about Mr. Barry.
(I also studied original EPAK - 1980's version.)

The only people that i know of that talks bad about Tom Connor is the Tracy's.
And i find that odd that they started tra-co-par together .
would you start a martial art school with someone that didnt know martial arts
tra-tracy Co-Connor Par-Parker they say parker handed connor a black belt
but i dont think Master Parker would just hand any one a belt.

Any way Tom Connor hightest ranked studnet just past (Master Bill Packer) but there is some hist. on his web site. go to history http://www.billpacker.org/
I hop this helps Thanks Chad

    About Brint Berry,

Well....you asked, so, I would definitely not recommend his Kenpo. Here are but a few of threads posted about him on martialtalk:

    Dear Sir:
Tom Conner started in San Jose California in the early 1960's. I know this because I was teaching a class when he walked in to the very rustic school we were in. His issues with The Tracy's were primarily business related as were his dealing with Mr. Parker.
I'm not sure of any of his advanced training, i.e. from who(Tracy I imagine, Mr. Parker for a short time), but certainly he was not a "mainstream" player in the Kenpo of those days. That is not to diminish his ability, nor his dedication, he was instrumental in formulating the sales and business plans for the Tracy's, which was copied by many a martial arts school.
To his credit, he did come to a couple of my fighting classes, which included the Castellanos brothers, Jim Trevino, Jim's brother Eddie Estrada, all of whom were not known as soft hitters.
I have nothing bad to say about him, since he was respectful in the early days, and when he made his own name in Arizona, we remained friendly.
This may be a bit cryptic, but it would take a long time to go through those days.
I have no acquaintance of Brint Berry(sp?) and cannot comment on him. Mr. Seabrook has provided othre resources for that.
    In spirit,
    S. LaBounty
