    What is yor favorite Okinawan Kempo Form? Why is it your favorite? What does it teach?

    I am not big into kata's as they are called in Okinawan Kempo. But if I choosed one it would be Naihanchi Shodan. It covers locking, throwing, pressure points. I personally like doing waza's instead.

    If I had to pick two I would say Sanchin (you can work everything with this short kata. It's the foundation of everything), and Gojushiho (Black Tiger/White Crane form mentioned in the Bubishi. Awesome long form).
