The passing of a Kenpoist - Vincent Ford Sr
On Dec 2nd, 2006, Vincent Ford Sr passes away.
He was a true and honorable kenpoist. During a Demo Team practice he went for a walk and never returned. I mean physically. I believe his spirit now lives in my school.
Vincent was a father of three and a husband. His whole family trains at Texas Storm Kenpo Karate. He was one of my greatest advocates.
He was quiet. He words mattered because they were always well thought out and he spoke from his heart.
Vincent knows his family will be surrounded by the love and compassion of our school and kept safe.
Rest my friend, this part of your Journey is complete, ours is to now pick up the flame and carry it.
I love you, my friend and kenpo brother.
