All the advanced students I teach are always asking me about staff set. Is there a second one? I have seen somewhere a long time ago that did a second staff set.

Hi there, Yes there is a staff set 1 and staff set 2, Breifly Staff set 2 from my understanding is more like a whipping set, It introduces single hand control of the staff, and Explores the versitlity of weopon whilst learning an aray of twirls and spins, and a little more complexed footwork, at first than staff set 1 .

A very pretty set when performed. some of my junior students have been very sucessfull with this set in competitions ,great for tounaments.

    Cheers

So have mine. When done with intensity it is a great tournament form.

Wow! That's Great!! I've not seen someone enjoy their Bo that much in years. You can really tell he's enjoying himself. That's a fun clip too, like the way it's arranged.
    Thanks for sharing that!

Now that was very refreshing. God I love seeing somebody doing something the obviously love and doing a darn good job of it to boot. Love to see some more.
