    Default Outreach Programs

Who amongst the instructors or school owners here have Youth Outreach Programs. A program to help under priveleged children take lessons regardless of whether they can afford it or not. I have made arrangements with a program in my city called Child Sport, they are willing to pay for any sport activity for any child whose family can not afford it. Because of the special nature of thisprogram I have cut my regular rates in half to Child Sport and will buy teh uniform for the child myself. Does anyone else have something like this in place with your school and with your municipality.

Our gym does not officially work with any agency or anything, but I have seen him work with people that tug on his heartstrings...

If anyone has a school of their own, I am sure there is an agency in your area that could help place children who are in need into your school. Whether the agency pays for the lessons or just finds some children that are in need it is a great way of helping your community.

Most all of my teaching is done on the freebie now-a-days. I only charge if someone wants private lessons.

Anyone else doing something like that?
