Nelson,
Do you have a link? I just recently was going over different ways to break a front choke. I think I've got it pictured but not sure.

Dear Kenpo brothers and sisters:
I was playing a Krav Maga vid on u-tube that a friend had sent to me when I found an interesting technique for a double hand forward choke.
Instead of attempting to pull off your opponents hands or do a circular strike underneath the arms the instructor broke the grip by using a double downward strike across the inside forearms of his opponent. The move uses a spreading motion. This seems to be an extremely good SD tech
I've been playing with this tech a bit and I'd like some feed back from you all if you would be so kind.

Daffy, fighting with his $1.25 quarter staff : "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin! Ha! Thrust!" (quarter staff bounces off log, bending his beak. He straightens it back to normal, and starts speaking to himself) "Something's amiss here... hmm, let me run through it. Ho, haha, guard, turn, parry, dodge, spin, ha, thrust." (beak bends again) "Got it." (straightens beak, and starts his fighting moves again.) "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin!"

Dear Don:
I'll try to get you a link in the next couple of days when I have some more time. The tech looked worth investigating further. After I send you the link please let me know what you think about it's effectiveness.

Dear Don:
I actually found the same choke defensive move on a Krav Maga program segment on the History Channel.
I guess it must be pretty commonly taught within the system. Hey, if it works, use it! If it don't....
Merry Christmas!
