I am interested in reading more about this.
Two very good Edgar Cayce remedies to use with the spine and knees (all joints actually):

Take one tablespoon of olive oil daily.

Massage the afficted part (knee, spine, etc) with peanut oil 3 times a week. This is a 20 minute massage.

    Miracles seem to occur.

Wll joints and stuff like that have to do with Vitamin B12. Thats in a lot of fish oils and so on. Either that or you can take a supplement. But supplements are supposed to be the last resort and they are just supposed to cap things off.

About 12-13 years ago I could barely walk.

The medical profession wanted to replace my knees.

I went the peanut massage instead. I noticed results immediatly.

I later on researched some more and noticed the olive oil to take internally.

I now almost never need the peanut oil massage.

Even tonight when I taught mastery class, one of the kicks I taught was a side kick to the solar plexus off of a front cross-over. Knees fine. Hips fine.

And I've had a lot of damage in the past.

Get William A. McGarey's book, "The Edgar Cayce Remedies". There is much in there that can help those you love and care about also.

People with pain are willing to try the weird stuff.

Especially the simple, very cheap and very easy-to-do weird stuff.

She will know within 3-5 days if it works for her. It will cost her a penny, or less!

And, I've helped hundreds, if not thousands of people with that advice. Those that do the drills get the healing.

Those that don't do the drills, or fear the drills, or procrastinate on the drills, get what they earn. Nothing.

Or as John said on his karma thread, "they reap what they sow". Nothing begets nothing.

    None of the above.

And my following post is NOT a criticism of anyone!

Kenpo Kicking ala Mr. Ed Parker is based upon what he taught that he could do.

My 5th Dan thesis for Mr. Parker (1981) was "The Master's Kicking Guide", and we talked much about what kicks he did versus what was in the book I wrote.

I am longed legged. Mr. Parker was short legged.

I was skinny. Mr. Parker was NOT skinny but had massive shoulders and chest.

I was flexible. Mr. Parker was NOT flexible.

I stretched every day. Mr. Parker never stretched.

So most kicks in normal Kenpo Karate resemble what Mr. Parker did from his information base. He was a non-kicker.

Mr. Chow, his trainer, was a good kicker, and also did flying kicks.

    A personal physical thing.

In my system of Kenpo Karate, the kicks are modeled after my kicking abilities, flexibility and long time kick training.
