    Default Training Budget

    Hi All,

I was just curious what you usually spend in a year for your own training (Seminars/Camps, instruction, materials, other memberships, etc). I suppose the question then leads to what do you get from those expenses.

I believe I'm currently in the $1200-$1400 (CAD) range depending on material, equipment, gradings... yada yada yada

Note 1: the above does NOT include the perfunctory Kenpo apres-training refreshments

    Note 2: I'm a Brown belt

    Default Re: Training Budget

Other than last year, for the last several years I have averaged about 4K per year on tournaments, seminars, camps and the hotels associated with them. That does not include meals of Barley pop.
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.
