    Default Master key movements

I was reading in other forums about this topic and I wanted to compile a reference or list for all to enjoy and contribute to.

Perhaps when all is said and done we can move this thread into the techincal studies section.

I'll start this off, with hope from some of the senior members and some of our tech wise members to contribute. I think the layout should be 1: movement 2:breakdown 3:insight 4:example

    1:high block
an over head club or elephant punch block, ie first block in blocking set 1
other uses... low line arm break.... lowline block into forearm strike. upper part of the universal block.Deflective uppercut
Example: blocking set 1 first block, lone kimono, conquering shield. list goes on and on

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I think this is an important topic. So just to throw something out there I'll try this out.
I think the Master Key movement of most punches is the uppercut. The uppercut can also turn into an upward block, an outward/extended outward block, or a downward block, and other strikes.

I'm saving that to my favorites, thanks K.K.! We use Family Grouping, but reading that may help me to explain it to underbelts.
