Default Back In The Saddle Again

Last night Nov 1st, 2006 I finally attended class after a 3 month hiatus. It was great, I can feel it today in my ab muscles, my shoulders, and calves, I love it. I went to the Wallaceburg Kenpo School owned and operated by Lance & Jocelyn Cross, it was a great time. This is where I will be working out every Mon & Wed for the next while. With a little more work I am hoping to open a school in January where I will teach Tuesday & Thursdays so that I won't conflict with their schedule and not be seen as competition.

With moving, and job hunting it took a while to get organized, but now that I will be back into a class setting on a regular basis I look forward to the aches, pains, and assorted lumps.

Sometimes it's good to take a break, but getting back to the dojo is always so much better!
