    Last 7 years continuously, off and on before that while playing around with other stuff. First introduced to Kenpo in 89.

    Kenpo.. jsut the last year... but I started in other arts about... 17 years ago with a few years off for bad behavior.

    I never go to class...if I did I'd be a BB by now. I've seen a few people pass me up. Just make sure you're on the mat and in front of your instructor as often as possible.

    I usually work evenings. It's been only in the last few months that I've been getting into a routine because we have day classes.
