    Default Action Plan

How many of you have a "code-word" or preset action plan with your significant other? For instance, in the event you were held up while on your way to the parking lot do you have a sign or code-word that alerts your significant other to run and/or call for help while you take care of business?

Ours is 'Help'. We went back and forth to find the right one and that's what we came up with.

No code word. I guess what ever command fit the situation.

This is actually a very good idea. I would think a 'pet name' that is only used in emergency situations be used. So if you called your partner 'cupcake' or 'sweetheart' they would know that you were in danger and to call the police immediately.

Your kids could have the same thing.

When I was a young kid my parents made a password for if a stranger ever approached me and told me that my parents sent me to get them. I would have to ask them for the password, which for some reason was "man with the yellow hat" and that was to let me know if they were lying or not. I never had to use it but it seemed like a good idea.
